Macleod Football Netball Club is accepting applications for the role of Senior Women’s Assistant Coach (Playing or Non-Playing) for the 2026 season.

Affiliated with the Northern Football Netball League (NFNL) Macleod FC currently competes in Division 3 of the NFNL Senior Women’s competition and is a women’s and girls chartered football club.

Key Selection Criteria

• Oversee development and performance
• Mentor and build relationships with our young squad
• Engage in planning and recruitment
• Strong leadership & communication
• Ability to co-ordinate and control training twice a week
• Promote and buy into club culture
• Minimum Level 1 AFL coaching accreditation (Level 2 preferred)

Remuneration is negotiable based on experience, skill, knowledge and credentials.
