Grand Final Clash with Diamond Creek at Lalor Reserve

It’s been an exciting build-up to the biggest day of the season, but everything is in place for our Grand Final clash with Diamond Creek at Lalor Reserve tomorrow. This will be our first Grand Final appearance since 2018 and our ninth since 2006.

There was a great vibe at the social rooms last night for the announcement of the team. We welcome back Patrick Martin and Caleb Karavas from injury but unfortunately two young players had to make way.

A reminder the game starts a fraction later at 2.20pm. Macleod will be using the away rooms.

Special thanks to the team of volunteers who stayed back to set up and decorate the rooms for tomorrow night’s after-match function.

After the game, we will head back to the club rooms. The bar will be open from 6pm. There will be a $20 entry fee and finger food will be provided. The players will be presented to fans, and we will hear from coach Nick Lynch.

There will be a recovery day on Sunday starting at 11am. BBQ around 1.30pm – no cost.
